Bird Proofing Projects

Our Bird Proofing Projects Across Cape Town

Explore our gallery of professional bird proofing installations across Cape Town, showcasing our effective and humane solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Bird Wire

Near-invisible tensioned wire that makes ledges impossible to perch on. Our latest is at Mediclinic Durbanville — the kind of place where the proofing has to disappear from street level.

Bird Netting

For big openings — courtyards, warehouse eaves, under-roof voids — netting seals the whole area. We match mesh to the target bird (pigeon vs sparrow).

Bird Spikes

The workhorse: parapets, signage tops, gutters, pipe runs. Stainless spikes stop landing without harming the bird, and they last years in coastal air.

Custom

Some buildings don’t fit a catalogue fix. This is where we combine methods, fabricate brackets, and work around awkward rooflines.

Cleaning

Before proofing goes up, the mess comes off — guano, old nests, debris — and the area is disinfected. It’s the health risk, not just the eyesore.

Solar Panel Bird Proofing

Pigeons love the warm gap under panels, and droppings cut output. We clip UV-stable mesh around the array — no drilling, no warranty issues. This one’s in Malmesbury.

Roller-Shutter Door Bird Entry-Point Closures

Warehouses lose birds in through the gaps around roller-shutter doors. We close those specific entry points so nothing gets back inside.

Chimney Bird Proofing

Cowls and mesh guards that keep birds and nests out of the flue while it still breathes — usually after one has already come down the chimney.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They are affordable and reliable. We started using them last year and being a backpacker's manager with such busy seasons we didn't have many complaints about having roaches in the rooms like before.
